Candidate will work in a 5 to 10 person fabrication team that will produce steel components for Processing, Storage, Receiving and Load-Out Facilities for the Seed and Grain Industries.
Company provides all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to perform the work.
The typical work schedule is based on a Monday-Friday schedule with possible overtime on weekends.

Compliance with all Company Safety, Substance Abuse and work rules, policies and procedures.
Satisfactorily complete all Government, Customer and Company required safety orientation and training classes, including OSHA 10 Training Course.
Able to work with others as a team, maintaining a positive attitude and following oral, written (work orders) and graphical instructions, such as shop drawings.
Complete all work assignments to a high level of quality.
Based on knowledge level and experience any combination of the following:
o Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
o Unloading and loading of OTR trucks.
o Rigging and operator signaling.
o Measuring and layout of the work.
o Assemble and disassemble equipment using various hand and power tools.
o Move machinery and equipment using carts, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
o Operate automated and semi-automated plasma and oxy-fuel burning equipment.
o Operate forming equipment such as hydraulic press brakes and sheet benders.
o Operate structural saws and ironworker.
o Fitting and welding structural shapes, plate and sheet.
o Cleaning and painting of steel components.
o Other tasks as necessary to complete the work.

High School Diploma preferred.
Reliable transportation.
Pass Company required drug test.
Good practical knowledge of standard construction measuring, hand and power tools.
Basic knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques.

Physical requirements are as follows:
Good vision (either naturally or with correction)
Good hand and eye coordination with full use hands, arms, and fingers.
Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand and/or work at heights as required.
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
